ITEM #FILL TUBES BY FOOT: FLEXIBLE FILL TUBES FITTING VACUMATIC AND SKYLINE FEEDS. Order it by the foot. I find that holes in the backs of feeds vary from feed to feed; if you need to make this tubing thinner, hold it over a heat source and stretch it and it will get thinner. You can then cut it at the desired diameter.

of course, and these have the concentric circle pattern on the top and the shafts have no threads; you'll need to clear the threads in the top of the cap out with a #17 drill bit and glue the smooth shaft in.
The diameter of the visible top is .380" and the shaft diameter is .170". If you're starting out with a hole much larger than a #17 drill, these aren't for you.
