Esterbrook screw in nib assemblies can be left in the pen as configured in a purchased pen or they can be exchanged before shipment free of additional charge with one of the following nib/feed units:

9000 Master Series – 9450 Extra Firm Posting, 9555 Fine Firm, 9460 Medium Manifold, 9461 Fine Manifold.

1000 - 2000 Durachrome Series – 1461 Manifold, 1550 Book Keeping, 1555 Fine, 1554 Fine, 2550 XFine, 2556 Fine.

Venus – Xfine, Fine & Medium.

OR, individual screw in nib/feed units can be purchased separately for $10 each.

ITEM #EST CAP JEWELS: ESTERBROOK CAP CLIP SCREWS (JEWELS). Black, of course, and these have the concentric circle pattern on the top and the shafts have no threads; you'll need to clear the threads in the top of the cap out with a #17 drill bit and glue the smooth shaft in. The diameter of the visible top is .380" and the shaft diameter is .170". If you're starting out with a hole much larger than a #17 drill, these aren't for you.

ITEM #XITION ESTERBROOK: THREADED JEWELS FOR ESTERBROOK TRANSITION PENS.  These have threads on the stem, so when installing them on the transition model, they don't need to be pressed in or glued in.The top diameter is 0.370". The thread outer diameter is 0.180".

ITEM #3856:  ESTERBROOK DIPPER PEN SAMPLE CASE WITH ALL 30 ORIGINAL RADIO PENS & COMMERCIAL STEEL PENS INTACT. This sample case is in extremely good, clean & complete condition. The pen #s included are legible in the photo. Understand that in this context, "pen" refers to a dipper type pen's point, not the holder that a tip would fit into. The pens, mounting cardboard, string and case are all in very nice, clean un-damaged condition. There is very minor & removeable) surface rust in small spots on 9 of the pens. The RADIO PENS are chrome plated

ITEM #3858:  ESTERBROOK DIP-LESS PEN SAMPLE CASE WITH 7 GOLD PLATED NIBS.  Hand inscribed with nibs 128, 048, 322, 313, 442, 668, and 788. These are "DIPPLESS PEN POINTS" meaning they are for pens with self contained ink supplies, i.e., these are non-dippers. They all have vertical slits cut in them as opposed to dipper poins which have no cut slits. The pens, mounting cardboard, string and case are all in very nice, clean un-damaged condition.
