ITEM #29610:  10X WITH A .83" FOCAL LENGTH LED ILLUMINATED TRIPLET LOUPE. A Triplet lens consists of 3 glass components sandwiched together. This configuration gives the lens designer a sufficient number of degrees of freedom to overcome all Seidel aberrations. This piece incorporates 6 LEDs in a circular pattern around the opposite side of the lens from your eye, illuminating the object. A well made piece of optics. Uses (3) LR927 button batteries (included). Turns on with a tiny slide switch (shown in first photo below). One of my better selling items at pen shows.

ITEM #JL DROP LIGHT: A SOLUTION TO YOUR INNER PEN INSPECTION VISUAL NEEDS. A TINY LED ON A 20"CABLE RUN BY A PAIR OF AA BATTERIES MOUNTED IN A REMOTE HANDLE WITH A SWITCH ON IT.  No odd sized watch batteries to mess aound with or preclude the tool's usage while you try to find replacements. It uses (2) size AA batteries that are easily found.

To prevent your view of the inside of your pen barrel or cap from being obscurred, the diameter of the LED (0.158" diameter) and the lead cable (0.109" diameter) have been held to a minimum in this design. Developed by that noted electrical engineer in the pen collecting community, Jim Leonard - thus the item # 'JL'.

ITEM #9881: COMPACT MATCHBOOK STYLE DOUBLE LOUP, 30x + 60x.  WIth both visible and ultraviolet LEDs. Ultraviolet (UV) is good for detecting spots that have been filled-in and/or painted with different paint than the original. This item provides extremely strong magnification on both lenses, nearing that of a microscope.

ITEM #LOUPE NECK CHAIN: 36" GOLD FINISHED STRONG STEEL CHAIN  to go around your neck and hold your loupe right at hand's reach right where you can find it. The 36" length allows adequate range to freely reach your eyes and the piece you want to look at. I get asked for these all the time and I couldn't find any srong enough, long enough, good looking enough and with a bug enough connecting mechanism to fit the attachment point on most loupes. So I made these myself. I'm 6' tall and when I put this on, it hangs the loupe about 2" below my navel, so it seems just the right length for this application. It doesn't get tangled with what I'm handling and it's just the right length to reach my eye. Has .47" (12mm) split ring for attaching your loupe.

DESCRIPTION for NEXT 6 ITEMS:

 SINGLE & DOUBLE UNIVERSAL FITTING SIDE RAIL EYEGLASS LOUPES. Ultra light weight lenses are high quality optical grade materials from precision ground and polished molds. These fit different thicknesses of eyeglass frames, from 1/16" to 1/4" wide. Four changeable eccentric cams are furnished with the loupe and can easily be changed with a single screw that holds the cam to the frame. Select the proper cam by choosing one that tightens near the highest or lowest side of the cam when clamping to the eyeglass temple. Keep the alternate cams for different eyeglass frames you might use. The loupe can be used with right or left eye. ITEM #94364: DOUBLE EYEGLASS LOUPE, ONE 1" LENS IS 3.3X, THE SECOND 1" LENS IS 5X, PUT THEM BOTH DOWN AND YOU GET 8.3X. These clamp onto the side rail or the hinge of your glasses. If you have wire rails, you need to have a fat hinge for them to clamp onto firmly. this needs to be about .2" wide (horizontally) and .1" vertically, as in the last photo below. If you don't have this much meat, this type of eyeglass loupe won't clamp onto your glasses and you should look at the ELD series below. The item pictured below has silver colored frames, although the photo makes them look gold colored.
